Since this new and improved next generation design is a single component, you don’t have to worry about the AA Passive Dummy Cell Battery falling out of the hollow plastic D cell battery dummy case. It also means not having to worry about the positive (+) terminal of the AA Passive Dummy Cell Battery making good contact with the internal positive (+) terminal of the hollow plastic D cell battery dummy case.
